Your Tasks

  • Work closely with your team to advise insurance or banking clients on how to optimize their financial processes, including accounting, controlling, and financial operations—as well as transformation topics around their SAP-based IT system landscapes
  • Actively contribute to shaping and positioning our consulting services and solution offerings
  • Be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle, from assessing existing processes and designing solutions to implementing, testing, and building up SAP S/4HANA (greenfield & brownfield) systems & BTP Components like Integration Suite, Datasphere & Business Process Automation
  • Depending on your level of experience, you may also take on responsibility for leading project workstreams and serve as a subject matter expert to support and mentor your colleagues
  • Work with IT and business colleagues to develop solutions to specific problems that at times leverage existing solutions and systems
  • Build professional relationships with clients, management, and team members to ensure the delivery of proposed solutions

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing or optimizing SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, ideally within the insurance or banking sector, with a strong focus on accounting, controlling, and financial operations.
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance and familiarity with SAP BTP components such as Integration Suite, Datasphere, or Process Automation.
  • Skilled in translating business requirements into technical solutions and driving topics from design to implementation.
  • Solid understanding of financial processes and SAP architecture.
  • Experience with client-facing roles in consulting environments.
  • SAP certifications are a plus.
  • Show strong customer orientation for both internal and external stakeholders, with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
  • Speak fluent business English; knowledge of German is a plus
  • Enjoy occasional travel to the customers
