Your Tasks

  • You advise insurance clients on digital transformation, core system modernization, and operational improvements.

  • You design and implement solutions that improve efficiency, agility, and customer experience.

  • You manage project workstreams and facilitate client workshops across various transformation topics.

  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and external vendors.

Your Profile

  • You have several years of experience in management consulting within the insurance industry.

  • You have in-depth knowledge of core insurance processes and supporting IT systems.

  • You have worked on transformation projects or modernization programs.

  • You understand IT and business architecture in an insurance context.

  • You speak fluent English; German is a plus.

  • You are willing to travel within Europe, depending on client needs.
