Your Tasks
- Design campaigns with impact: As part of a dedicated and global marketing team, you will be responsible for strategic campaign communication (PR/content marketing) together with other colleagues.
- Design and implementation from a single source: From creative conception to detailed planning and budgeting to successful implementation, you develop effective campaigns and communication concepts that convey our core messages in a targeted manner and sustainably strengthen our brand and awareness.
- Sparring partner for our experts: In close collaboration with the various departments of our consultancy, you will proactively advise them and work with them to develop integrated marketing campaigns and programs that are precisely tailored to their target markets (primarily D-A-CH) and trending topics.
- Content is king (and queen!): Together with the specialist departments, you define strategic topics that optimally support our positioning. You translate these into compelling formats (success stories, specialist articles, blog posts, etc.) and post them on the relevant channels (trade media, industry forums, social media, our own platforms).
- Data-driven optimization: By analyzing your marketing measures based on defined key figures, you create meaningful reports and use them to derive continuous optimization approaches.
- Content lifecycle management: You will work hand in hand with the digital marketing, CRM, internal communications and design teams to ensure a consistent and effective content strategy across all channels and to optimize the user journey. You enjoy working with digital systems.
