Your Tasks

  • You actively shape the digital transformation for leading companies from various industries and drive key future topics forward with us
  • You lead exciting projects – from process optimization to digitalization – and develop smart and innovative procurement solutions together with customers
  • You analyze business processes, capture requirements, and develop efficient, practical solutions that make companies future-proof
  • You support our customers in building a powerful and customer-centric supply chain using modern technologies and methods
  • You identify new consulting fields and products that create real added value and actively contribute to business development activities

Your Profile

  • 2-3 years of relevant professional experience as a management consultant or in a comparable function
  • Expertise in strategic and operational procurement management (across industries)
  • Specific know-how regarding norms and standards in procurement management
  • One of the following skills is required:
    • Experience in process modeling, capturing business requirements, and defining procurement strategies (category, supplier, and sourcing strategies)
    • Understanding of defining and reorganizing procurement organizations
    • Proficient in implementing industry-specific automation and digitalization projects (enterprise architecture management, software selection, implementation management)
  • Experience in leading complex projects, enthusiasm for digital solutions, and motivation to develop innovative approaches
  • Ideally, experience in the practical application of e-procurement solutions (e.g., Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, GEP) and/or SAP products with a focus on procurement (e.g., S/4HANA or Ariba)
  • Fluent in German and English
