Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor our consulting team in SAP digital transformation projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery and technical excellence
  • Oversee team performance, provide coaching, and develop strategic roadmaps to maximize efficiency and skill growth
  • Actively participate in all project phases, from requirement analysis and solution design to implementation and go-live
  • Ensure clean and optimized ABAP development in line with SAP best practices, including testing and debugging of complex functionalities
  • Develop and enhance SAP FIORI applications, optimizing UX/UI and performance in compliance with SAP standards
  • Establish strong professional relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, acting as a trusted advisor for SAP solutions
  • Continuously explore and implement SAP Cloud innovations to enhance system efficiency and performance

Your Profile

  • You have a university degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • You have proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a strong ability to coach, develop strategies, and manage diverse priorities
  • You have more than 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP ABAP, SAP FIORI, and strong experience with Cloud technologies
  • You have strong knowledge of CDS views, OData services, ABAP for HANA, S/4HANA, SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), RAP, and data migration
  • You have experience in user exits, enhancements, report and transaction objects, BAPIs, SAP UI5/FIORI app development, and integration technologies
  • You have the ability to map business requirements to standard SAP processes, ensuring seamless system functionality and alignment with business needs
  • You have strong customer orientation, both for internal and external stakeholders, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
