Your Tasks

Oversee and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an effective hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline
Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency
Manage and optimize recruitment databases, ensure efficient use of applicant tracking systems, and generate accurate reports
Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing strategic advice to hiring managers and ensuring recruitment aligns with business goals
Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, collaborating with hiring managers, HR teams, and leadership to improve alignment and efficiency in recruitment

Your Profile

5+ years of recruitment experience in a Consulting or IT Company, managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
Highly organized with a strong sense of priorities and exceptional time management skills
Strong analytical skills, utilizing data and metrics to drive decisions and improve recruitment outcomes
Proactive learner, committed to continuous growth and staying updated on industry trends and best practices
Collaborative team player, dedicated to supporting and contributing to the success of the global recruiting team
Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Romanian
