Your Tasks

  • Oversee and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an effective hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency
  • Manage and optimize recruitment databases, ensure efficient use of applicant tracking systems, and generate accurate reports
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing strategic advice to hiring managers and ensuring recruitment aligns with business goals
  • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, collaborating with hiring managers, HR teams, and leadership to improve alignment and efficiency in recruitment
     

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience in a Consulting or IT Company, managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of priorities and exceptional time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, utilizing data and metrics to drive decisions and improve recruitment outcomes
  • Proactive learner, committed to continuous growth and staying updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborative team player, dedicated to supporting and contributing to the success of the global recruiting team
  • Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Romanian
