Your Tasks

  • You will guide teams in transitioning from traditional management techniques to agile methods, fostering adaptability and efficiency
  • You will facilitate agile phases such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, while coaching team members to enhance collaboration and productivity
  • You will support teams in improving self-organization and fostering creative problem-solving approaches
  • You will assist in identifying and removing obstacles, helping teams optimize their workflows and processes
  • You will coach Scrum teams with the aim of continuously improving their performance and delivering higher-quality outcomes
  • You will promote the adoption of an agile mindset on an individual, team, and organizational level, driving cultural change
  • You will act as a representative for the team, ensuring smooth coordination with the product owner and key stakeholders
  • You will analyze and enhance the agile practices of your customers, considering their processes, culture, and technological landscape
  • You will design and lead customer workshops, preparing meetings that drive alignment and actionable outcomes
  • You will leverage AI tools and methods to optimize agile processes, such as automating task prioritization, enhancing team performance analysis, and supporting data-driven decision-making

Your Profile

  • Graduated with top grades in Business Administration, Business Informatics / Business IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
  • Proven professional experience (3-5 years) as a Scrum Master, Agile Master, or in a comparable position in a traditional project environment
  • Experienced in methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Word, etc.) as well as agile project management tools (e.g., MS Projects, JIRA/Atlassian, MS Azure DevOps
  • Strong process management, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Empathy, communication skills, strong team spirit and leadership experience
  • High willingness to learn and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong IT affinity and a passion for software and AI technologies
  • Certification such as PSM, PSPO, SAFe Agilist or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 5-6 times a year)
