Your Tasks
- You will guide organizations through strategic IT transformations to develop innovative, customer-centric solutions that have measurable business impact
- You will empower project stakeholders by supporting them in planning, tracking and aligning projects and activities to strategic objectives
- You will take the lead in initiating and managing various activities and ensure careful time, budget and scope management for optimal project execution
- You will develop and implement a comprehensive quality management framework and ensure continuous improvement of project delivery while proactively minimizing risk
- Orchestrate and execute communication and stakeholder management strategies and ensure transparency and trust at all project levels
- You will bridge communication gaps and ensure a seamless flow of information between project teams, senior management and key stakeholders to drive alignment and progress
- You will provide compelling project updates and strategic recommendations to senior management, enabling informed decision making in line with overall business objectives
- You will facilitate cross-functional collaboration through dynamic workshops and meetings and ensure effective resolution of project dependencies and challenges
- You will act as a trusted mentor to junior team members and foster a culture of growth, knowledge sharing and excellence within the PMO team
- You will manage projects by leveraging AI to enhance e.g. resource allocation, budget forecasting, project planning & tracking or risk management
