Your Tasks

  • You will take on responsibilities in various roles, such as Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Project Management Officer (PMO)
  • You will assist organizations in (strategic) IT projects & transformations
  • You will be the right hand of the project manager/scrum master and provide project support for complex IT projects
  • You will help create and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • You will coordinate project tasks and keep track of progress
  • You will update stakeholders on project status regularly
  • You will be involved in identifying and addressing project risks and issues
  • You will gather and document business requirements
  • You will work with development teams to ensure requirements are clear and implemented correctly
  • You will optimize processes and workflows through modern tools, including AI
  • You will maintain project documentation and templates
  • You will be involved in the creation of project reports and presentations for committees
  • You will support the improvement of project management processes and tools
  • You will facilitate Scrum meetings and ensure the team follows Scrum practices

Your Profile

  • Graduated with top grades in Business Administration, Business Informatics / Business IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
  • Strong process management, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Empathy, communication skills and strong team spirit
  • Excellent methodological skills in requirement gathering and process mapping
  • High willingness to learn and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong IT affinity and a passion for software and AI technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 5-6 times a year)
