Your Tasks

We are expanding our Insurance International Team and are looking for you as a Senior Process Mining Consultant in Insurance (all genders) in Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland at the location of your choice. You can expect exciting projects focusing on digital transformation, modernization of core insurance systems, and process optimization in the insurance industry.   • You manage projects and analyze Celonis insights to identify business value opportunities.

  • You translate findings into actionable improvement initiatives.

  • You drive value realization by aligning stakeholders and defining KPIs.

  • You conduct workshops with business teams to prioritize use cases.

  • You develop business cases and track ROI for process improvements.

  • You act as a trusted advisor for process optimization strategies.

Your Profile

  • You have a solid understanding of process mining methodology and the Celonis EMS platform.
  • You can interpret data-driven insights and communicate them clearly to executives.
  • You bring experience in stakeholder management and supporting change initiatives.
  • You are proficient in value tracking and defining relevant KPIs.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • Insurance knowledge, which is considered a plus.
