Your Tasks

We are expanding our Insurance International Team and are looking for you as a (Senior) Consultant Process Mining & AI in Insurance (all genders) in Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland, Romania at the location of your choice. You can expect exciting projects focusing on digital transformation, modernization of core insurance systems, and process optimization in the insurance industry.   • You collaborate with clients to drive the transformation of their business using process mining and AI technologies. 

  • You define strategies for process optimisation of their core processes and data quality. 

  • You provide management advisory services, ensuring alignment between business goals and technological capabilities. 

  • You analyze business requirements for insurance core processes and design innovative solutions leveraging process mining and AI. 

  • You evaluate and develop implementation strategies to ensure seamless integration. 

  • You assess and visualize the impacts of transformation projects on business areas and processes, utilizing data-driven insights. 

Your Profile

  • You are experienced in management consulting or as an in-house consultant within the insurance sector, with a focus on process mining and AI applications.

  • You have knowledge of project management methodologies, with expertise in organizing and facilitating workshops.

  • You have experience in migration projects related to process mining and AI is a plus.

  • You are willing to travel across Europe.

  • You have excellent business proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
