Your Tasks

  • You advise insurance companies on the alignment of their management processes in the course of their forecasts and strategic planning
  • You define the IT target picture based on the content-related controlling and steering components
  • As part of your daily tasks, you coordinate closely with our clients’ business and IT departments and discuss ideas for the integration of different tool solutions for controlling, forecasting or planning in existing processes
  • You analyze and evaluate company specific KPIs and their value drivers
  • As (Senior) Manager, you are in charge of defining and implementing new forecasting and planning processes

 

Your Profile

  • You have several years of professional experience in management consulting with focus on insurance or in corporate controlling with an insurance focus
  • You have in-depth experience in implementation projects
  • You posssess knowledge in project management (agile preferred) as well as in organizing and moderating workshops
  • You are willing to travel
  • You are proficient in German & English
