Wavestone has defined Sustainable Finance and Digitalization as our key growth topics. To enlarge our Sustainable Finance team in the Banking Chapter in Switzerland we are looking for experienced and qualified experts in the fields of Net Zero, ESG data, ESG regulations and sustainability strategy. 

Do you want to be part of our passionate and dedicated team and help the financial industry in their transformation towards sustainability?  

  • Guiding clients in the definition of their Net Zero policy, target and action plan development
  • Help define required actions to comply with GFANZ, NZBA, SBTi, etc.
  • Establish with clients Net Zero frameworks, implement baseline measurements and metric
  • Advising clients on CO2-data providers and aggregation of TCFD reporting data source
  • Progress clients climate reporting efforts, data collection and integrated data management systems 

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience (ideally in the field of Net Zero or CO2-measurement in the financial services industry)
  • Experience how to implement Net Zero frameworks and initiatives like TCFD, GFANZ, NZBA and SBTi
  • Project Management experience welcomed
  • Hands-on experience with ESG transformation projects in the financial industry
  • Insights into reporting requirements on the corporate, client and regulatory level 
  • Bachelor or Master studies
  • Advanced studies/additional certifications in Sustainability is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English, French and/ or Italian of advantage
