Your Tasks

  • You advise insurance companies on modernizing their operations IT and transforming their core business to a core platform
  • You define target applications and IT landscapes with focus on insurance core applications
  • You analyze business requirements for insurance core processes and define solution designs
  • You analyze and develop implementation options including subsequent coordination with the respective business and IT departments
  • You integrate management analysis and define functional and/or technical integration of the insurance core system with peripheral systems
  • You analyze and visualize the impact of transformation projects on affected business areas and processes
  • You act as project manager / project lead in international team setups

Your Profile

  • You have extensive professional experience in management consulting with focus on insurance
  • You have comprehensive knowledge in the implementation of insurance core processes and solutions
  • You are experienced in migration projects and interest in modernizing complex insurance solutions
  • You have strong analytical and methodological skills
  • You have profound knowledge in project management (agile preferred) as well as in organizing and moderating workshops
