Your Tasks

  • As a project manager, you place the topic of renewal of insurance core systems on the market.
  • You support our customers in the digital transformation of their core business by introducing new core systems or switching to an industry platform.
  • You define future-proof, functional and technical architectures with a focus on core insurance applications.
  • As management consultant, you advise our clients on their core platform strategy and  you are responsible for building and expanding your team and client base.
  • You analyze the business requirements for the insurance core processes and define the solution design based on the target platform.
  • You analyze business requirements and develop the solution design yourself, including the subsequent coordination with the respective business and IT departments.

Your Profile

  • You have profound professional experience in management consulting or in an insurance company (ideally in-house consulting)
  • You have extensive project management skills (preferably agile) as well as skills in the organization and moderation of workshops
  • You have a leadership attitude and experience
  • You have a proven track record in business development and/or sales
  • You possess comprehensive knowledge of insurance core processes and solutions
  • You have strong analytical and methodological skills
  • You are willing to travel within Europe
  • You have business fluency in English
  • You have an open mindset and fun at work
