Your Tasks

We are expanding our Insurance International Team and are looking for you as a (Senior) Consultant Finance Transformation Insurance (all genders).
You can expect exciting projects focusing on digital finance transformation, insurance operations, and the design of target operating models. In an environment that combines the advantages of a familiar, personal culture with the strength of a leading management consultancy.

  • You design and document streamlined processes and target operating models – with a focus on financial reporting and insurance operations.
  • You conduct data analysis and help identify key source systems to enable interface and data flow design.
  • You identify and define business requirements to support the technical implementation of complex transformation projects in accounting, controlling or actuarial group function, and other finance related areas.
  • You assess implementation options and collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to align the best solution.
  • You assess the impact of transformation initiatives across departments and visualize changes to support transparent communication and decision-making.

Your Profile

  • You have professional experience in management consulting or as an in-house consultant, with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling.
  • You possess industry expertise in the (re)insurance sector, particularly in finance, operations or data management.
  • You are open to business trips across Europe and enjoy working in dynamic, cross-functional teams.
  • You are fluent in English and comfortable operating in an international environment.
