Your Tasks

  • As a manager for Insurance Finance Transformation (ESG / Digitalization/ IFRS 17 implementation in SAP) you are included in all steps of the implementation process and work closely with the client.
  • You lead your team in the area of Insurance Finance and SAP solution configuration
  • You support the client in all processes, end to end. This includes analyzing the business requirements and turning them into product functionalities.
  • You lead the implementation or customizing of Consolidation, General Ledger and Subledger SAP modules, such as Group Reporting, S/4 HANA FI-CO, FPSL and embedded analytics.
  • You support and train the end user to be confident with the usage of the implemented solution.

Your Profile

  • You hold a university degree
  • You have +5 years of professional experience in management consulting or as an in-house consultant with focus on insurance finance, accounting or in an actuarial function combined with SAP implementation in at least one of these modules: Group Reporting, S/4 HANA FI-CO, FPSL, PaPM and Embedded Analytics
  • You want to grow and lead a high performing team
  • You like new technologies and applications and turning them into solutions
  • You feel comfortable communicating and working in English within a cross-border team (German proficiency is beneficial)
  • Traveling within Europe inspires you
