Your Tasks

We are expanding our Insurance International Team and are looking for you as a Senior Consultant - Reinsurance in Germany, Spain, Italy, Romania, Austria, Poland at the location of your choice. You can expect exciting projects with focus on digital transformation and modernization of reinsurance business models, processes, and platforms.   • You support our reinsurance clients in their digital transformation journey.
  • You take part in projects to modernize or implement new reinsurance platforms. From analysis and design to system integration and process improvements.
  • You help define how our clients will work in the future by developing target operating models and efficient workflows.
  • You work as a business analyst or requirements engineer. Understand what clients need, translate it into clear requirements, and make sure it’s delivered.

Your Profile

  • You have proven consulting experience with a focus on reinsurance or insurance transformation projects
  • You have solid expertise in reinsurance operations. Ideally in underwriting, claims management, technical accounting, or actuarial functions
  • You have strong communication skills and fluent English
  • You are willing to to travel within Europe
